Pilates is a whole body workout using slow and controlled movements which work to improve core strength, flexibility & posture.
At the heart of all pilates exercises are the original principles as outlined by Joseph Pilates himself more than 100 years ago which help increase bodily awareness & create more efficient movements.
All classes give options for beginners to advanced students, to encourage you to participate at your own comfort and in an encouraging environment.

COVID-19 UPDATE - 14th March 2020
With news of the virus spreading through Europe, we wanted to give you an update to our position with our classes in our studio.
We have always cleaned our mats before every class with a mat wash that has anti-bacterial properties, that was part of our own policy, we will continue to do this. We also have an air filtration system in our studio that we use daily, and in light of the latest situation will now use during each class.
On top of this, we are now reducing our class sizes to 6 people per class, and we strong advice anyone over the age of 60 to not attend.
For now we will continue our classes, but will be reviewing this several times a day. It may change at anytime and we may decide to close the studio, until the government advises the all clear. We will update you here if anything changes.
