Our new active studio will be offering classes in Yoga (Ashtanga and Hatha Flow), Pilates and Somatics.
With our new timetable starting on the 2nd October, we will be offering the classes in the morning, afternoons and evenings. Doesn't matter your age, fitness level or ability, there is something for everyone.
