Black Friday Sale Terms and Conditions

1. Sale Duration:
The Black Friday sale runs from 28th November to 30th November 2024 during regular store hours.

2. Discount Offer:

  • 20% off all in-store purchases during the sale period.

  • The discount applies to items available for purchase in-store during the sale period.

  • Preordered items, including items preordered on sale days, are excluded from this promotion.

3. Returns and Exchanges Policy:

  • Items purchased during the Black Friday sale are eligible for exchanges only, based on the discounted purchase value.

  • No refunds will be provided for items purchased during the sale.

  • Exchanges must be completed by 11th January 2025 and require a valid receipt or gift receipt.

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, with all tags attached for an exchange to be processed.

4. Christmas Receipt Policy:

  • Items purchased with a Christmas gift receipt may be exchanged until 11th January 2025.

  • Exchanges will be honored at the discounted price paid during the Black Friday sale, not the original price.

5. Additional Information:

  • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

  • InMotion reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions

LOYALTY PROGRAM

Welcome to InMotion's Loyalty Program! We're excited to offer you exclusive rewards and benefits for shopping with us. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to understand the rules of our program.

  1. Eligibility: Our loyalty card is only valid at our store located at 15 Tuckey's Lane, Gibraltar. Loyalty points cannot be earned online and cannot be used at any other location or affiliate. The card is non-transferable and can only be used by the person to whom it is issued.

  2. Earning Points: To earn points, the card must be presented at the time of purchase. Points will be awarded based on the value of the purchase, excluding sales tax. Points cannot be earned or redeemed on sale items.

  3. Redemption: Points cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Points can only be redeemed for discounts on future purchases at InMotion. The number of points required for redemption may change at any time.

  4. Expiration and Cancellation: The card is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issue and will expire after that period. InMotion reserves the right to cancel or modify the loyalty program at any time without notice and without any compensation to the customer.

  5. Lost or Damaged Cards: Lost, damaged or stolen cards cannot be replaced and points cannot be recovered. It's the cardholder's responsibility to report any missing points as soon as possible.

  6. Responsibility: InMotion is not responsible for replacing missing points due to any reason. The cardholder is responsible for reporting any errors or discrepancies in their rewards points balance.

  7. Violations: Any violations of these terms and conditions may result in the revocation of the card without any refund or compensation.

  8. Agreement: By using the card, cardholders agree to the terms and conditions of our loyalty program.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to InMotion. By visiting or making a purchase from our store, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, which apply to all transactions and services provided by InMotion at 15 Tuckey's Lane, Gibraltar, and on www.inmotion.gi. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

1. Liability

1.1 InMotion does not accept liability for any loss, damages, or injury occurring on the premises or as a result of purchasing or using products from our store.
1.2 InMotion will not be held responsible for the misuse or improper use of the products sold.
1.3 Customers should inspect goods upon receipt. InMotion will not be liable for any damage caused after the purchase unless it's a product fault.

2. Gift Cards

2.1 Gift cards are available for purchase in-store and are redeemable only at InMotion. They cannot be used for online purchases unless specified otherwise in the future.
2.2 Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
2.3 Gift cards must be presented at the time of purchase, and any remaining balance will remain on the card until fully used.
2.4 InMotion is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.
2.5 Gift cards are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.

3. Loyalty Program

3.1 The InMotion Loyalty Program is only valid for purchases made in-store at 15 Tuckey's Lane, Gibraltar. It cannot be used for online purchases unless otherwise specified in the future.
3.2 Loyalty points can only be earned by presenting your loyalty card at the time of purchase and cannot be earned or redeemed on sale items.
3.3 Points cannot be exchanged for cash and are redeemable only for discounts on future purchases.
3.4 Loyalty cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. InMotion reserves the right to change the points redemption system or modify the program without notice.
3.5 Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced, and any points accumulated will be forfeited.
3.6 Any misuse or violations of the loyalty program may result in revocation of the card without compensation.

4. Online Sales (Future Provisions)

4.1 InMotion does not currently offer online sales but may consider offering products for sale online within Gibraltar in the future.
4.2 All future online transactions will be subject to separate terms, including shipping, handling, and return policies, which will be displayed on www.inmotion.gi at the time of implementation.
4.3 All online prices will be displayed in GBP£ and may be subject to changes without prior notice.

5. Pricing & Payment

5.1 All prices listed in-store and on www.inmotion.gi are in GBP£ and exclude VAT, as Gibraltar does not impose VAT on consumer goods.
5.2 Prices may change without notice, and InMotion reserves the right to withdraw or amend prices on any product at any time.
5.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and gift cards.

6. Returns & Exchanges

6.1 Customers may exchange or return products within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt, provided the items are in their original condition with tags attached.

6.2 Items such as water bottles, underwear, swimwear, headbands, hair ties, socks, and gloves are non-refundable unless faulty.

6.3 Refunds will only be provided for full-priced items. Sale or discounted items can only be exchanged, unless faulty. When exchanging sale or discounted items, the exchange value will be based on the price paid at the time of purchase, not the original price of the item.

6.4 InMotion reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet these conditions.

7. General

7.1 InMotion reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders and returns in cases of suspected fraud or if the terms and conditions are violated.
7.2 Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Gibraltar.
