Our InMotion studio is purpose build for active classes like Yoga, Somatics and Pilates. The aim to offer a range of classes at different times of the day, allows everyone to come, join and stay active.
Whether you want to build strength, gain flexibility, reset your posture or just stay healthy, our classes have something for everyone. Our studio also offers occasional circuit and HIIT sessions along with events, so please keep an eye out on our news page and updates for more information.
